Payment and cancellation

Card and PIX. Within 48 hours of signing and paying the deposit, the refund is full. After that, cancelling thirty days or more before check-in retains 30% of the total; inside thirty days there is no refund. Retreats and corporate groups run on their own, longer terms.

New Year 2026/27 on the Arapiuns River | Alter do Chão

No stage, no fireworks, no queue: New Year's Eve here belongs to the house. Fish roasted on banana leaves, a circle around the fire, a river swim on the first morning of the year.
